Apple Dr Harvey

Medium fruit green- yellow in colour, a hardy tree and a good bearer of large crops. Holds its shape when baked in the oven and can keep for 10 days thereafter' furnishing for the dessert a highly flavoured sweetmeat'. Reputedly one of the oldest English apples.(Named for Dr Harvey of Cambridge 1629).
