Blueberry Duke
Duke blueberry plants are ideal for planting in northern regions. The plant blooms late to protect the blossoms from winter conditions, yet ripens early. The large blueberry clusters sometimes cause the branches to droop, so may need thining. In general, these plants do well in droughts and varied soil types. They need full to partial sunlight.
As with all blueberries they are ericaceous, needing acid soil and rainwater. Duke blueberry plants do best in sandy, highly acidic and high-in-organic-matter soil, the pH should be between 4.5 to 5.0. Blueberries do not do well in extremely wet soil.
Supplied as 2 ltr pot grown plants in Autumn.
