Apple Tree - Dr Harvey

This ancient apple tree is a cooker with medium green-yellow fruit, a very hardy tree and a good bearer of heavy crops of apples. The apple fruit holds its shape when baked in the oven and keeps well for several days afterwards. Reputedly one of the oldest English apples, named for Dr Harvey of Cambridge c.1629.
