Terms & Conditions
   

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before placing your order.
This catalogue cancels all previous issues.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW.

AVAILABILITY & STOCK is dependent upon crop success, sales and orders are booked subject to crop. Every effort is made to keep stock true to type, and our liability for plants supplied is limited to replacement of those plants, or at our option a refund of the price paid. We will not substitute without consulting you.

PRICE'S include VAT where applicable at the current rate. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We often offer a plant in several price ranges, which are not listed in the Catalogue.

ORDERS. Upon receipt of your order, plants will he reserved for you and an invoice sent for the amount due. (This will note any plants out of stock, which you may wish us to reserve when they become available). All orders must he paid for prior to dispatch.

PAYMENT. May be made by cheque made payable to 'Read's Nursery', or by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Access, Visa Delta/Connect and Switch cards. You will receive an itemised invoice showing details. Cards are normally 'cashed' just prior to despatch. Payment on line is by credit card only.

CARRIAGE & PACKING. Except where otherwise stated carriage is charged at cost. We will always quote the cost by 'phone if required. Where orders have to be split into two separate dispatches these will he charged as such. We always try to avoid this, and you will be informed if this is necessary.

COLLECTION. We are always pleased to see customers who wish to collect orders, but please give us 10 days notice of your visit, lo enable us to have everything ready for you. There is no charge for this service.

COMPLAINTS. Consignments should be examined upon arrival and any complaint made in writing within 7 days. Plants are dispatched in good condition and are at the buyer's risk after they leave the Nursery. If you are not completely satisfied with your plants, return them to us within 7 days to receive a full refund.

Please Note: At our discretion, failed plants are to be returned to the Nursery for examination. Where replacement plants are offered our carriage and packing charges are to be met by the customer.
